Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our sales department where they are processed. If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order was transmitted to us 48 hours ago, we will not be able to make changes to the order and would deliver as it is.
Multiple locations mean more than one locations where you would like us to deliver your products Stapleplus delivers supplies to all addresses a customer would register with us. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Once an order is placed its details are transmitted to us instantly. On order placement and email is also sent to your registered business account and you receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your delivery address, order number and other related information.

Most Stapleplus products ordered before 1: 00 pm will be delivered on the next business day between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
In some instances, products listed on our site may be temporarily out of stock. If that happens, the available items in your order will be delivered immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible. If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you that we are canceling the order.
Because of the efficiency of online ordering, our pricing is exclusive to purchases made at our site and may not be valid with regular phone or fax orders. Prices and items are subject to change without notice. Stapleplus reserves the right to limit purchase quantities and to discontinue items. Stapleplus is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors. Prices on Stapleplus.com supersede all prices in previous supplements or other documents. Certain items on our site may not be available at time or ordering.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt within 2 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item. Staple plus will not accept returns of opened electronic items or software packages unless with a manufacturing defect.
