We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a product you have purchased from us. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

Our Returns Policy

If any product you purchase from us is not fit for its usual purpose or of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly exchange it or can arrange for it to be repaired subject to the points below.

What we ask of you:
  • When returning your purchase please bring your original receipt.
  • Where possible please return the product in its original packaging.
Specific Points
  • For technology products, we may need to send your product to the manufacturer for repair or direct you to their nearest repair agent.*
  • For software returns and downloadable Safety Culture Materials, proof of purchase is required. However, change of mind will not be accepted.

How to complete your return

  • If the product you are returning is faulty and is covered by a manufacturer's warranty then we may need to send your product or refer you to the manufacturer or repair agent for repair. Below are some examples of products that commonly come with a manufacturer's warranty:

Break-rooms:
  • Due to health and safety reasons we're unable to take back any food or drink items.

  • All items are subject to Return and Exchange except for: Electronics, Software, Video Games, and Prepaid Cards; unless found with a manufacturing defect.

Warranty:

    All Electronic and electrical devices are warranted for a minimum period of one year according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. This does not include accessories & peripherals.

  1. For Warranty Services, customers should go directly to the manufacturer’s or distributor’s Authorized Service Center. For Authorized Service Center details you can visit the manufacturer’s website or contact us.
